Anti-American protesters in New York City celebrated the Fourth of July holiday by burning the nation's flag, according to video shared on social media.

"F*ck the Fourth!" an angry crowd chanted from Washington Square Park in Manhattan, as red, white, and blue flag fragments lay charred on the ground. "We need a new flag," the agitators yelled, adding "no justice, no peace,” per footage at Freedom News TV.

The group hit the Big Apple pavement, marching in the streets and engaging in chants against city leaders. "We reject Eric Adams. F*ck the mayor!" the crowd yelled, whose participants also took aim at mayoral candidate and former Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo. "When Cuomo lies, New Yorkers die," they chanted, referring to his previous controversial COVID-19 pandemic policies.

Earlier in the day, another group of protesters gathered outside the federal courthouse at 40 Foley Square to oppose the Trump administration's policies. This crowd arrived wearing black clothing to signify mourning and engaged in ear-shattering, prolonged screams, video footage shows.

Protesters were observed on their hands and knees, to demonstrate against what organizers called "the spectacle of sentimental patriotism and deadly militarism," according to a local videographer, who uses the username on X @ScooterCasterNY.

An anarchist blog issued a call to action on Friday morning, urging Americans to participate in a patriotic flag-burning competition to protest Independence Day. The post encouraged comrades to steal American flags, Trump flags, Blue Lives Matter flags, and any other pro-law enforcement flags, journalist and senior editor of The Post Millennial, Andy Ngo, reported.

Furthermore, the call to action urged participants to steal flags from stores, as well as private and government properties. The anarchist group also created a hashtag, "CaptureandBurnTheFlag," for individuals to share photos of the criminal activities on social media.

"Be careful and happy flag hunting," Wild Anarchists for the Abolition of America wrote in the post.

NYC: cesspool of American. Crime-ridden, filled with crazy people, and soon to be communist, possibly.
