Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis attended a five-hour White House meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris in the months before seeking the indictment on RICO charges for Donald Trump in Georgia, new records reveal.

Heritage Foundation Oversight Project member Mike Howell uncovered a record on Tuesday that showed Willis visited the White House on Feb. 28, 2023, just a few months before Trump’s Georgia indictment.

Howell said that this "implicates the White House, with whom they were coordinating during this political prosecution..."

Willis allegedly hired a romantic partner to assist in her prosecution of Trump as well.

grand jury indicted Trump in August, along with numerous other affiliates of the former president, including Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeff Clark, Jenna Ellis, Stephen Lee, Harrison Floyd, and many more.

Charges filed against the former president come under the Georgia RICO Act and include solicitation of violation of oath by public officer, false statements and writings, conspiracy to commit election fraud and conspiracy to commit computer theft, along with other charges.

Trump's legal team has requested that the 2020 case in Georgia to be thrown out, citing the First Amendment as justification.

“The First Amendment, in affording the broadest protection to political speech and discussion regarding governmental affairs, not only embraces but encourages exactly the kind of behavior under attack in this Indictment,” wrote Trump attorneys Steve Sadow and Jennifer Little, per Breitbart.

Trump slammed Willis after the August indictment, saying "Like Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, Deranged Jack Smith, and New York AG Letitia James, Fulton County, GA's radical Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis is a rabid partisan who is campaigning and fundraising on a platform of prosecuting President Trump through these bogus indictments."

Trump said that "Ripping a page from Crooked Joe Biden's playbook, Willis has strategically stalled her investigation to try and maximally interfere with the 2024 presidential race and damage the dominant Trump campaign," and that "All of these corrupt Democrat attempts will fail."

He further noted that the Democrats "are taking away President Trump's First Amendment right to free speech, and the right to challenge a rigged and stolen election that the Democrats do all the time."
