A plea agreement may be offered to the former New York City woke college professor who caught the nation’s attention after she threatened to ‘chop’ a New York Post reporter with a machete in May.

This potential deal, of which the details have not yet been revealed, is a possibility thanks to discussions with prosecutors at the Bronx Criminal Court.

Shellyne Rodriguez, 46, could be seen showing up to the hearing with a black face mask as well as a personal posse that attempted to block photographers from capturing pictures.

According to Bronx Criminal Court Judge Matthew Bondy, there is a “possible disposition” in the case. She faces charges of harassment and menacing after she was seen threatening and chasing reporter Reuven Fenton with a machete, according to the New York Post

“If I see you on this block one more f*cking time, you’re gonna …,” Rodriguez yelled at Bondy at the time, according to The Post.

“Get the f*ck off the block! Get the f*ck out of here, yo!”

The judge extended the orders of protection ordering Rodriguez stay away from Fenton, as was requested by the prosecution.

The Bronx District Attorney’s Office reportedly satiated on Monday that it had not yet “determined nor communicated a plea offer” to Rodriguez or her legal representation.

“We are reviewing information sent by defense counsel, continuing our investigation, and keeping the victim apprised of any developments,” stated a DA spokesperson.

The infamous machete incident aside, there are other instances where Rodriguez has captured attention for alleged public disturbances. At one point, she lost her temper in public after she saw a pro-life student group tabling at a college. Rodriguez was a professor at the time.

“You’re not educating sh*t. This is f*cking propaganda,” she yelled at the students in May. “What are you going to do like anti-trans next?” She said the students are not “educating sh*t,” and suggested that their actions are “bullsh*t,” "violent,” and are “triggering” her students.

She then appeared to vandalize the students’ literature.
