An Antifa-affiliated agitator who is a frequent protester at the ICE facility in Portland, Oregon, has been arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Travis William Juhr, 41, of Portland, was taken into custody on Wednesday on charges of making threats via interstate communications. Juhr is accused of threatening to kill elected officials, including President Donald Trump, and conservative counter-protesters at the ICE facility.

According to an FBI affidavit, several FBI field offices across the country and the United States Secret Service (USSS) became aware of threatening social media posts allegedly written by Juhr dating back to November 2025.

On December 8, 2025, the FBI Las Vegas Field Office began to probe an X account that contained a post threatening an elected official in Nevada. The post, created by X username "@cyphernaut86_1," stated: "I'm coming down to Nevada for you. I hope you have your doors and windows locked. Because I love a challenge when hunting my PREY. #MAGAHuntersPDX."

The post, written on December 7, 2025, at 6:57 pm, contained a photograph of the lawmaker, who was not identified in the affidavit. Juhr had also left the lawmaker a threatening voicemail, which allowed the FBI to trace the number, coming back to a Samsung Galaxy S10e assigned to Juhr, according to the affidavit.

On November 22, 2025, the FBI's National Threats Operations Center (NTOC) received a report from a Washington state mother detailing threats made on social media against her 13-year-old son. The threats occurred shortly after her minor son attended a counter-protest at the ICE facility in South Portland called "Patriots Night."

The threats, sent by X username "@cyphernaut86" and written for the 13-year-old boy, included the following: "He'll always be a teen just like Charlie Kirk will always be in his 30s;" "Excited for the obituaries;" "I'll grape him too;" "Feel free to meet Charlie Kirk;" and "Divine punishment will be the price for your wickedness."

Additionally, several other threats were issued toward the minor child, including a photo of a dead stick figure and a post stating, "I'll make sure you don't see your 15th Birthday...MUAHAHAHAHWHWHWHW." These threats were made by X username "@masterqueef86," according to the FBI affidavit.

Both the FBI Portland Field Office and the FBI Las Vegas Field Office issued emergency electronics requests to obtain the IP address for the X accounts, which were traced back to Juhr. The FBI received at least six reports regarding Juhr threatening others as of February 5, 2026.

Furthermore, on January 12, 2026, FBI Portland was notified by the US Secret Service that a threat to kill President Donald Trump was issued on social media from the Facebook account "cyphrenaut." The post, traced back to Juhr, stated: "I can't wait till Trump is dead, I might even participate!"

On February 2, 2026, the 13-year-old boy received another threat posted on social media by Juhr: "Break glass in case of ICEy conditions at your residence." The post included a photo of a Sig Sauer rifle with a patch stating "I choose violence."

Travis Juhr is being held in custody at the Multnomah County Detention Center until his next hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, at the request of federal prosecutor Ethan Bodell. Judge Stacie F. Beckerman sided with Bodell's request, while Juhr's public defender, Susan Wilk, demanded his release.

Court records show that Juhr has also been arrested by local police for alleged offenses committed at the ICE facility against counter-protesters. In January, he was charged with harassment, and in November 2025, Juhr was charged with criminal mischief. The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office has dismissed these cases.
