Doug Ford is making his way to Windsor-Essex this morning to meet with local business owners and farmers. He has also waited until the whole province entered Stage 2 of reopening to get his haircut as personal care services have now been allowed to reopen.

Other services that opened in Stage 2 included personal services, restaurants and bars, shopping malls and centres, outdoor and water recreational facilities, beaches, camping and more.

On July 17, The majority of regions in Ontario will be able to enter Stage 3 of reopening. Almost all businesses and public spaces can begin to reopen at this point and will be following public health and safety restrictions.

High-risk activities and venues will remain closed until it is safe for them to continue operations.

Indoor and outdoor gathering limits will also be increased to up to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors.
