Hamilton police were called to three separate shootings within an 80-minute span on Monday, including one where someone was shot.

Investigators say that they were called at 10:30 pm to an Airbnb, where "One of the occupants negligently discharged a firearm within the residence causing minor damage," an officer said, according to CP24.

The suspect, a white male in his 30s, standing 5'9 with an average build, is wanted by police.

Police then say they responded to another shooting incident, this time at Main Street East and Holton Avenue South for another shooting incident. One person was shot and required to be transported to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect fled the scene and is described as a black male, 5'10, with short dreadlocks, wearing a blue tracksuit and white sneakers.

Then, at 11:50 pm, another shooting incident took place at Doulas and Mars avenues, after multiple gunshots were fired into a home.

No one was injured in that incident.

"Investigators say they are asking anyone who was nearby at about 11:15 pm who has surveillance camera or dashboard camera footage to contact them," states CP24.

Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to call Division One or Division Three criminal investigation branches or Crime Stoppers.
