On Thursday, President Biden, 81, claimed that he will be president for everyone, whether they live in a "red state or a green state."

This marks Biden's fourth gaffe within the past week as he mixed up the colors of his own political party.

Speaking at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference in Leesburg, Virginia, the Democrat president told the audience: "I said I’m gonna be a president for everybody, whether you live in a red state or a green state."

Earlier this week, President Biden stated and three separate events that he had spoken about issues with European leaders who have been dead for quite some time.

This is a developing story. Refresh the page for updates.
