BREAKING UPDATE: 'Drag Show for Palestine' hosted by 'Daddy Satan' in Arizona for kids canceled after backlash

The drag show invited parents to bring their children.

Update: After the drag show hosted by "Daddy Satan" was reported on by several outlets online and drew heavy backlash, the event was canceled "due to unforeseen circumstances," according to an Instagram post.

A bookstore in Arizona has invited children and parents to a "Drag Show for Palestine" hosted by drag performer "Daddy Satan" planned to be held on Saturday.  

Reported on X by Libs of TikTok, the show at the Palabras Bookstore in Arizona will feature a drag performer named "Daddy Satan" whose handle on Instagram is "@666daddysatan."



A post announcing the drag show from the Arizona Palestine Solidarity Alliance said, “Parents can bring their kids on their own discretion; there may be unsettling topics such as violence/ genocide/and adult language. See you there please share!!!” 

“APSA proudly has many LGBTQIA+ volunteers and participants whom we love and cherish. Please keep them in your hearts and minds as you consider this event."

The drag performer hosting the has many pictures dedicated to satanic imagery online.  

On the @666daddysatan profile, many pictures of “Daddy Satan” are featured, including one of what looks like needles around the drag performer’s mouth covered in fake blood.  

“Daddy Satan” also has a Linktree directing followers to become involved in activism campaigns to defund Israel and others protesting that drag is “art.” 

The event calendar for the bookstore includes activism events for letter signings as well as many campaign events calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.
