Lauren Sanchez, the wife of tech titan Jeff Bezos, reportedly has her eyes set on the White House, with herself serving as the next First Lady and her husband the next US president.

Sources told Rob Shuter's Naughty But Nice that in the wake of the couple attending President Trump’s state dinner for Xi Jinping held last week, she has become increasingly fascinated and has encouraged Bezos to consider a role in politics.

A source told the outlet, “Lauren loves the idea of President Bezos. She talks about legacy, influence and what Jeff could do that money alone cannot buy. And yes, she can absolutely see herself as First Lady.”

An insider said, “Lauren looks at Jeff and sees someone who conquered business, built a space company and became one of the most powerful men alive. Her question is always: What’s left? In her mind, the presidency is the ultimate final act.”

Sources stressed that there is no indication Bezos has decided to seek office, but said that his wife’s opinion carries weight. The source said, “Jeff listens to Lauren. She has pushed him outside his comfort zone before, and she believes America could see something in him beyond the billions.”

The insider said, “Some people think it’s complete fantasy. But Lauren doesn’t dream small. She can already picture President Bezos — and herself standing beside him as First Lady.”

Bezos was one of many tech titans who were guests at the state dinner. Also attending were Elon Musk, Jensen Huang, Sam Altman, and Tim Cook. Bezos was in the White House on Tuesday as well to attend a White House lunch regarding artificial intelligence, alongside other administration officials and industry heads. According to a seating chart posted by Trump, Bezos was seated next to Vice President JD Vance and almost directly across from Trump.
