A man was found dead in Fayette County, Georgia on Tuesday in a home used by members of the black nationalist communist group, Black Hammer, The Post Millennial editor-at-large Andy Ngo reports.
Police were dispatched to the home after a man called 911 saying he had been kidnapped by a group of people, according to WSB-TV 2.
Upon arrival, law enforcement officers said they witnessed a distressed male standing inside the garage. Nearly 10 people exited the home on Selwyn Street, but one individual remained inside.
The SWAT team entered the home and found a deceased male with a gunshot wound to the head. Investigators say it was self-inflicted, WSB-TV 2 reports.
Fayetteville police had blocked off the entrance to the Woodbyne Subdivision off of White Road for six hours. The incident was over around 2 pm.
A neighbor told the news channel that they saw one man tackled to the ground by police, and later arrested.
Fayetteville PD specified that the individual was arrested and taken into custody for questioning because he was being uncooperative.
The identities of the deceased individual and the man taken into custody have not yet been revealed.
Ngo revealed on Twitter that "Black Hammer, an American black nationalist communist group, is led by Gazi Kodzo, aka Augustus Romain. Black Hammer has urged for comrades to kill police & sought to build an autonomous zone in Colorado."
This is a developing story.
