Michigan Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens says she will deny a Trump team request to stop counting ballots. The request was introduced after a poll challenger was denied access to view ballots being counted.

The Trump Campaign is also launching suits in Nevada, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. They are also requesting a recount in Wisconsin, citing "irregularities in several Wisconsin counties."

Biden said the count should continue in all states, adding, "No one's going to take our democracy away from us — not now, not ever."

The Trump campaign reasserts that they want counting to stop until there is a "meaningful" presence of poll watchers in these facilities.

It is now in question whether legal action would have any impact on the current races.

A case would have to come to the court from a state where the outcome would determine the election's winner, Richard Hasen, a University of California, Irvine, law professor wrote on the Election Law blog. The difference between the candidates' vote totals would have to be smaller than the ballots at stake in the lawsuit, according to ClickOnDetroit.

The election remains active as Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Nevada and Arizona have yet to be officially called.

Judge Stephens said an official written order will be issued on Friday.
