A case has been tossed by a Michigan judge where a man was sued for throwing out the testicles of his trans-identified male partner after they were surgically removed.

Brianna Kingsley, 40, filed a small claims petition against William Wojciechowski, 37, in August of last year, alleging that the latter "retains possession" of the former's "surgically removed testicles" and keeps them "preserved in [a] Mason jar... in [the] fridge next to the eggs."

Kingsley, of Pontiac, Michigan, is demanding $6,500 in damages and return of the "human remains specimen," according to the Detroit News. Wojciechowski brought a $6,500 counterclaim, arguing that he had been "humiliated" by coverage of the ordeal. Michigan District Judge Jeremy Bowie denied both claims, calling it a "wash."

Video of the contentious hearing posted to X shows Kingsley demanding that Wojciechowski should return the testicles.

Wojciechowski tossed the specimen out in July. “They were rotting in my fridge, and it was disgusting — I’ve got food in there I wanted to eat,” Wojciechowski continued in the hearing. “She didn’t keep them in a biohazard container like she was supposed to.”

"We're talking about my nuts," Kingsley told the court. "I wanted them in my fridge, not his. The damages were the loss of 'deez nuts'."

In January 2023, after spending three days in jail for violating a protection order filed by Wojciechowski, Kingsley was escorted by a sheriff's deputy to retrieve belongings from Wojciechowski’s home but failed to take back the testicles then.

As such, District Court Judge Jeremy Bowie argued, "if they were so important to her, she had the opportunity to grab them, and she didn't."

"I can put a dollar amount on, say, if you were missing work at $16 an hour," he added, "but as to testicles? I can't really put a number on it."

According to the Detroit News, the surgery was supposed to cost $20,000, however, because Kingsley claimed disability, the state foot the bill.

Reduxx reported in August that Kingsley filed the claim against Wojciechowski in Pontiac's 50th District Court. At the time, Kinsley had the name Zahrah Bri-Zee Muharib, and appeared to have recently converted to Islam.

In April, a video captioned, “Transgender woman unboxes her surgically extracted lady balls that was [sic] packaged by the Hospital that performed her gender-affirming bottom surgery" was posted to Kingsley's social media where the bag containing the testicles is held up for the camera to see. A nude woman with testicles behind Kingsley on the wall is also seen.
