Chloe Alexis Driver has been charged with four crimes in connection with the murder of her 13-month-old daughter Hannah Nicole Driver.

Chloe Driver has been charged with  aggravated assault, aggravated battery and cruelty to children, as well as the murder, 11 Alive reports.

Police arrived on the scene of the Dec. 8 incident, at the 200 block of Mountain vista Boulevard in Canton, according to 11 Alive.

There they found Hannah and her mother in one of the house's bedrooms, both of them barely alive and both having been stabbed multiple times. They were taken to the hospital where Hannah died of her wounds shortly afterwards.

Chloe was taken into police custody immediately upon being discharged from the hospital.

Apparently, there were others present at the time of the incident who subsequently fled the scene. Police still haven't finished the process of tracking these bystanders down and interviewing them.

There still is no information available as to why Chloe Driver is believed to have been the killer of her daughter. The investigation is ongoing.
