Smith “inappropriately touched” her by “rubbing her exposed thighs and moving her hand toward her vagina, constantly spanking and/or slapping her buttocks"
Tiffany Smith, the mother of 15-year old YouTuber Piper Rockelle, is being sued by 11 teens who helped create content for her daughters YouTube channel. The former members of the “Piper Squad” are suing for $22 million in damages for alleged “sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional abuse, and civil conspiracy.”
According to the complaint filed by Dhillon Law Group Inc. on behalf of the teens in January 2022, Smith “functioned as the primary producer, director and overseer of the content creation for her daughters YouTube Channel,” the complaint continued “Smith oftentimes made wildly offensive and sexually explicit comments and innuendos to the Plaintiffs.”
One of the Plaintiffs alleges that Smith “inappropriately touched” her by “rubbing her exposed thighs and moving her hand toward her vagina, constantly spanking and/or slapping her buttocks, sticking her finger / poking her anus over her clothing when she walked.”
On another occasion Smith is alleged to have asked one of the male Plaintiffs if his “balls had dropped yet,” and asked “how long is it [referring to his penis].” She allegedly mentioned her curiosities about the young male to one of the young female Plaintiffs later.
The complaint goes on to allege that the harassment didn’t end after the group had left the “squad.” It alleges that Ms. Smith and her husband “Conspire to sabotage the Plaintiffs respective YouTube channels” through the use of false flagging, embedding their videos on porn sites, and even working with someone at YouTube to “restrict” their videos.
In the complaint, one of the teens alleges that Mr. Hill “openly bragged about having a "contact " named "Alex " at Youtube who would help keep Piper’s numbers high by lifting “restrictions” on content, while placing or enforcing “restrictions” on others.”
According to a report from the New York post, Piper began her YouTube channel at the age of 9, and has more than 10 million subscribers. The channel was demonetized in February of 2022 after YouTube was made aware of the allegations made against Smith.Join and support independent free thinkers!
