Late Friday night, the Nevada GOP tweeted an alarming tweet, showing evidence of an organization attempting to influence the vote with material benefits.

"Whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote, Shall be fined or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if the violation was willful, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both," reads the tweet, referring to the legal code in question the Nevada GOP alleges has been broken.

The organization in question is the Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada, an umbrella organization representing and laising with various indigenous groups throughout the state.

We have reproduced below one of the images in question, where it can be seen clearly where the problem is. Under the legal text, there could be little doubt of the possibility of this being classified as an "expenditure."

Indignant people responded immediately on social media to the tweet:

"Where's the Nevada Authorities?" one user tweeted pointedly. And another user responded in a pertinent manner before long:

"The authorities are probably busy spending all the Soros Cash bribes they were paid to ignore this and look the other way."
