At a rally for former President Donald Trump's campaign, while he was retelling his election victory, recalled the woman that eventually became a famous meme who cried out screaming when he was inaugurated.

"And you remember that lunatic with the glasses? She had a lot of hair," told the crowd. "She was screaming. She's become a famous woman."

The anti-Trump woman who wore a beanie and green jacket in the video from January 2016 was caught on tape and went viral on social media shortly afterwards.

As it was announced over the loudspeakers, "Donald J. Trump is the president of the United States,” she snapped and let out a scream. She was later identified as Jessica Starr.

In an interview after the famous moment, she said, “I am so sorry to my world... This is not what we want…This is so alien…This is so false and broken.”

To this day, she is still used as a meme in political circles.

After mentioning the now-viral woman, Trump went on recalling his election night victory as well as his accomplishments in office.

"Three years ago, we had the most secure border in the history of our country. We ended catch-and-release," he said. "We created the strongest border we've ever had."

Trump spoke at the campus of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. Thousands showed up in attendance and there were hundreds overflowing outside.

During the speech he slammed presidential candidate Nikki Haley as well as President Joe Biden for their stances on China and what would come of the country if they were to hold the office of president.
