Two of the illegal immigrants charged in the brutal beating of NYPD officers have been identified as part of the Tren de Argua gang from Venezuela.

Wilson Juarez, 21, and Kelvin Servita-Arocha, 19, have been identified as allegedly belonging to the brutal Tren de Argua gang.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has confirmed that they belong to the gang, according to the New York Post. They are being held without bail.

ICE spokeswoman Marie Ferguson sent an email to the outlet, stating, “Both unlawfully present Venezuelan citizens have been charged in conjunction with the violent gang assault carried out on two NYPD officers are are currently detailed [sic] without bond.”

“Both noncitizens have been identified as members of the Tren de Aragua transnational criminal organization,” Ferguson added.

Each of the illegal immigrants were detained by ICE inside an apartment in the Bronx after authorities executed an arrest warrant for another illegal immigrant wanted in the attack.

Reports from the FBI have indicated that Tren de Argua could join forces with another notorious gang, MS-13. The Venezuelan gang has been responsible for at least 62 robberies in the Big Apple.

The gang is believed to have taken advantage of loose border policies as well as special privileges given to Venezuelan migrants by the Biden administration. 41 members of the gang have been arrested while crossing the border between Oct. 2022 and Sept. 2023.
