After the Lindsay Clancy murder case ended in a mistrial, jurors began revealing details of the deliberations to news outlets. It was quickly established that the one holdout juror who refused to deliver a verdict of not guilty by reason of insanity was a black, Catholic, Haitian man. It wasn't long before bloggers and local news outlets alike discovered the man's identity.
Massachusetts-based blogger Aidan Kearney was among the first to dox the lone holdout, who has been identified as Michael D. The blogger's efforts, in part, allegedly forced the juror to go into hiding to escape threats and harassment from Clancy supporters, according to reports.
It didn't take long for someone to launch a crowdfunding campaign in support of the holdout, who refused to convict the admitted three-time child killer. Human Events senior editor Jack Posobiec, who praised Michael as a hero, shared the crowdfunding campaign and urged people to donate. It has since amassed $200,000, and donations continue to climb.

View on XKearney, who appears to be a Clancy supporter, called for Posobiec to be arrested and prosecuted for sharing the crowdfund, alleging "witness intimidation," which is what Kearney was accused of doing when he doxed the holdout's identity, as well as other personal information.
"Lots of talk about 'witness intimidation' for factually reporting the disturbing recent incidents of domestic violence at the hands of Haitian immigrant Lindsay Clancy juror Michael [omit]," Kearney wrote on X. "Reporting news isn't witness intimidation. However, a GiveSendGo being shared by @JackPosobiec has raised over $100K, which according to the statute could be considered witness intimidation."
"The statute says that anyone who 'conveys a gift or anything of value' on 'another person who is a juror, with the intent to or reckless disregard for the fact that it may 'impede, delay, or interfere with' a trial, is guilty of witness intimidation," the blogger continued. "Jack and other Con INC, 'America First' grifters, who are giving money to this alleged domestic abusing Haitian immigrant, may be in violation of the law. The fact of the matter is that this juror owes more than $12K in unpaid rent and is in the middle of an eviction, and he has now profited to the tune of over $100K because he voted the way that Jack Posobiec and others like him wanted him to vote, and in doing so impeded or interfered with a trial."
The lone juror, who strayed from the 11 other jurors, gave an interview to Fugitive TV on Tuesday, though he declined to go on camera. Fugitive TV explained Michael D.'s decision to convict Clancy and disputed allegations lodged against him.
When speaking with with Fugitive TV, Michael D. said that based on the evidence presented at trial, he believed that Clancy was not insane at the time and knew what she was doing when she strangled her three young children to death in January 2023.

View on XMichael also revealed that he is a Republican and believes he is being targeted by the other jurors and the media because they are Democrats, describing them as "activists." He said that eight of the jurors tried to convince the other jurors on day one that Clancy was innocent—and never questioned her innocence. Additionally, Michael revealed that three other jurors wanted to convict Clancy but caved to the pressure. He said that one other juror, a female, changed her mind and voted to acquit Clancy at the last minute.
