View on XThis comes after the FBI confronted Swalwell at a San Francisco airport in August and seized his electronic devices, as well as executed a search warrant on his Washington, DC home as part of a probe into allegations of sexual misconduct. In April, Swalwell resigned from Congress and dropped out of the California governor's race after multiple women came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against him.

Another woman claimed that Swalwell had drugged her and raped her in 2018. Two other women said that he had sent them unsolicited pictures of his genitalia.
