The Mar-a-Lago club "was not an authorized location for the storage, possession, review, display, or discussion of the classified documents," the indictment states, adding that boxes containing classified documents were found in locations including "a ballroom, a bathroom and shower, an office space, his bedroom, and a storage room."

The indictment also lists Waltine Nauta, former White House valet and Trump personal aide, as a "co-conspirator," charging him with one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation, all of which carry a 20-year maximum sentence and $250,00 fine each, scheme to conceal, and false statements and representations, which carry a 5-year sentence and $250,000 fine each.
