View on XOf concern is the fact that personal identification documents were stolen from the vehicle. Earlier in the day, Antifa militants harassed Daviscourt, urging her to get in a courthouse elevator with them.
Daviscourt told The Post Millennial that she had been approached by both defendants John Hacker and Elizabeth Richter outside the courtroom, inside the courthouse.
Daviscourt said that she as waiting for the elevator when Richter, along with two others approached her and began to call her names.
Richter expressed disapproval of Daviscourt's coverage of the trial, a proceeding that lacked significant media representation. Richter labeled Daviscourt as a "fascist" and made accusations of dishonesty. Richter is facing allegations of guiding Antifa activists to Ngo's whereabouts during a street protest, resulting in Ngo being assaulted by these activists.
Danialle James accompanied Richter at the elevator's side. James is reportedly involved in managing Richter's Twitter account, which they allegedly employ for doxxing individuals. James participated in the harassment, according to Daviscourt's account. As the elevator reached its destination, the trio urged Daviscourt to join them within it.
"Join us in the elevator," they urged. "Why are you avoiding the elevator with us? Step inside," they menacingly conveyed to Daviscourt. Richter, as Daviscourt described, gave her an intense "death glare." Concerned about her safety, Daviscourt chose not to enter the elevator.
This wasn't the initial instance of Richter approaching Daviscourt within the courthouse during the trial. A few days earlier, Richter confronted Daviscourt, branding her a "fascist."
While Daviscourt was conversing with The Post Millennial over the phone, Hacker approached her and could be heard inquiring about her reporting. As Daviscourt stood outside the courtroom, Hacker posed the question, "Why are you providing false information in your reporting?"
The trial ended today with Andy Ngo's alleged attackers, John Hacker and Elizabeth Richter being found not liable.
