Terry Young, 20, was charged with second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action.

On Thursday, police in Kanas City charged a third man in connection with the mass shooting that claimed the life of one and injured numerous others at a Super Bowl victory parade last month.
Terry Young, 20, is the latest to be charged in connection to the shooting, with Dominic Miller, 18, and Lyndell Mays, 23, being arrested and charged with second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of unlawful use of a weapon in relation to the shooting in February. Two other suspects, who are both minors, have also been arrested.
According to KFGO, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced that Young had been charged with second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action.
The events that led up to the shooting have been slowly pieced together by investigators, and it is believed that it was spurred on by an argument between the suspects.
It has since been revealed that one of the guns used was stolen.
The woman killed during the shooting was Lisa Lopez-Galvan, a mother and radio host for KKFI 90.1 FM, which was popular in the Hispanic community. She leaves behind a spouse and two children.
This is a breaking story and will be updated.
