The event included Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders, running back Raheim Sanders, cornerback Tyson Campbell, safety Daniel Thomas, and the team chaplain Nobles C. Darby, according to Outkick. A post from social media account Christhlete highlighted the event with a post on Instagram.

"Beautiful moment as a group of Cleveland Browns players hosted the 'Cleveland for Christ' event in Berea, Ohio, on Sunday evening. The gathering featured prayer, worship, and baptisms, with NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Carson Schwesinger among those who publicly declared their faith through baptism," the post said.

Schwesinger acknowledged his commitment to Christ publicly, and was asked if he believed that Christ died on the cross and rose again to take away his sins. "Are you ready to make Him the Lord of your life?" he was asked before getting baptized.

"Yes," Schwesinger responded, and added that he was ready to dedicate his life to Christ.
