Majority of Republicans would vote for Trump again in 2024: Study

Trump was by far the candidate people would most support, out of all possible options out there at the moment. Standing Vice President Michael Pence came in at 12 percent and Donald Trump Jr. at 8 percent.

According to this study performed by Morning Consult and Politico, which was made available on Tuesday, there were several options available, including the three mentioned above, as well as Senators Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney, Josh Hawley, Tim Scott, Tom Cotton and Ted Cruz, as well as former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley and popular South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem. All of them received less than 5 percent of the remaining support in the polls.

The survey was executed during a three-day period, from this past Saturday through Monday, and managed to interview 1,990 people who had voted in this past election. Of these, 669 of them were registered Republicans.

There is speculation that Trump may run again in 2024. A person can serve only eight years in office due to term limits, but those two terms do not have to be consecutive.

So far, only Grover Cleveland out of all US Presidents has wound up serving two non-consecutive terms.
