Portland Police seek identities of Antifa members who carried out attacks during pro-abortion march
“PPB is requesting the public’s help in identifying the people actively damaging the property as well as the people holding umbrellas and concealing the criminal actors.”
Portland Police have released photos of Antifa criminals who vandalized downtown businesses earlier this week during a pro-abortion march.
The pictures were released as the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) continues to investigate criminal damage done to businesses downtown, the bureau said in a news release. They are asking the public to help identify the suspects.

Portland Police previously said that during a march on Tuesday, some attendees committed acts of vandalism, including graffiti and breaking windows. The vandalism damaged government buildings, coffee shops, and other businesses.
Some burning material and incendiary devices were thrown at the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse, but police said it's unknown if any damage was caused. No injuries were reported.
Police made one arrest. Luke S. Anderson, 31, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Reckless Burning and Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, Portland Police said.
Investigators have now retrieved video from several damaged properties and is requesting the public’s help in "identifying the people actively damaging the property as well as the people holding umbrellas and concealing the criminal actors.”
In one video, a person applying graffiti is dressed in a black sweatshirt, blue jeans, and distinctive black and white shoes.
In another, a person dressed all in black with a distinctive hat is suspected of breaking several windows.
Anyone with information on these suspects is asked to send that information to crimetips@portlandoregon.gov and reference case 22-117206.
During the march on Tuesday, two activists were so infuriated at street preachers that they began attacking people on their own side, including a peacekeeper and several women. One of the assailants grabbed a sign from a fellow protester and hit her on the head.
In November 2020, Antifa rioters did severe damage to a Catholic church in downtown Portland, including smashing three of its windows. St. Andre Bassette church, which was recognized in the community for its outreach to the needy and the homeless, had to suspend its services following the extensive damage caused by a violent mob.
