Pro-abortion activists threaten to burn the Eucharist to display ‘disgust’ towards Catholic Church
“We will remain outraged after this weekend, so keep praying,” they said. “We’ll be burning the Eucharist to show our disgust for the abuse Catholic Churches have condoned for centuries.”
Pro-abortion activists are threatening to burn the Eucharist after a Twitter user offered to pray for them for the activists' "change-of-heart" regarding abortion.
Pro-abortion group Ruth Sent Us — referencing late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg — told the user to "stuff your rosaries and your weaponized prayer."

"We will remain outraged after this weekend, so keep praying," they said. "We’ll be burning the Eucharist to show our disgust for the abuse Catholic Churches have condoned for centuries."
Ruth Sent Us was responding to a user who said she would be praying for the "safety and change-of-heart" of pro-abortion protesters, Fox News reported.
The tweet also included an image of Jesus chasing money changers out of the temple and a woman wearing the red costume from "The Handmaid's Tale," which pro-abortion activists frequently don at protests.
The organization has already called on abortion supporters to protest at Catholic churches across the country over the Mother's Day weekend.
In response to the disturbing tweet, journalist David Marcus said the Catholic Church is the "moral foundation of the West."
"Nowhere in the history of humanity have women achieved more equality than in the West," he posted. "This isn’t a coincidence."
"I actually feel sad for these creeps," wrote political commentator Liz Wheeler. "Even though they’re blaspheming Christ, someday they’re going to get to hell & realize eternal damnation is very real. And it makes me sad to think of anyone missing eternity with Christ."
The tweet is the latest in a string of incidents that have erupted across the US after a leaked draft US Supreme Court opinion indicated that a majority of the court would vote to overturn Roe v Wade in the case of Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health.
Pro-abortion activists in Virginia and Maryland on Saturday gathered around the homes of Supreme Court justices who were signed onto the draft opinion.
