REVEALED: Biden’s FBI authorized ‘use of deadly force when necessary’ during Mar-a-Lago raid

The filing, published by journalist Julie Kelly, revealed the procedure if the FBI had encountered dangerous individuals during the raid.

The unsealed document stated, "According to an 'Operations Order' produced in discovery, the FBI believed its objective for the Mar-a-Lago raid was to seize 'classified information, NDI, and US Government records as described in [the] search warrant.' Ex. 3 at USA-01285174. The Order contained a 'Policy Statement' regarding 'Use Of Deadly Force,' which stated, for example, 'Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary...'."

Trump later responded to the report, saying "WOW! I just came out of the Biden Witch Hunt Trial in Manhattan, the 'Icebox,' and was shown Reports that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ, in their Illegal and UnConstitutional Raid of Mar-a-Lago, AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE. NOW WE KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT JOE BIDEN IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY. HE IS MENTALLY UNFIT TO HOLD OFFICE — 25TH AMENDMENT!"

When agents raided the golf club in West Palm Beach, they were to bring standard weapons, handcuffs, and medium and large sized bolt cutters.

In a second document released that was marked “Contingencies,” it said that FBI agents were told to be prepared to “engage with [Trump] and [his US Secret Service] Team" when they entered Mar-a-Lago.

Additionally, the FBI had a medic on scene in case anyone was injured during the raid and identified a local trauma center if anyone was hurt during the operation at Mar-a-Lago.

Instructions for when deadly force was to be used were attached to the documents. Deadly force was to be used if an officer has a “reasonable belief” that a subject would pose imminent danger of death or serious injury.
