Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) made thousands of dollars alongside her husband in rental income last year, according to Fox News.
In a screenshot of Pressley's 2020 annual financial report obtained by the Daily Mail, the rental location in Boston, Massachusetts, is listed as "Primary Residence and Rental Property. Purchased as one transaction and converted to a two-family building."
Income from the property is listed between $5,001 and $15,000. The value of that asset is between $500,001 and $1 million.
Pressley's rental income, which comes from the property listed under her husband's name, is the same in her 2019 report before the pandemic began. It is unclear whether she had cancelled rent for any of her tenants during the pandemic.
Since the pandemic began, Pressley has been a strong proponent for cancelling rent.
In a December 2020 tweet, Pressley wrote: "We must cancel rent, extend eviction and foreclosure moratoriums, provide rental assistance, and offer legal representation for those at risk of eviction."

"With the economic impact of this pandemic worsening and the threat of eviction and homelessness looming large for families nationwide, we must take every measure possible to keep families safely housed, forgive all rental debt, and ensure that the credit scores of hard-hit families are not forever tarnished," said Pressley at the time.
