Seattle Police arrested two teenagers on Thursday for human trafficking after receiving a report of a woman being held captive in the Mt. Baker neighborhood.
According to police, at approximately 9:00 pm, officers received a 911 call from a father who stated his 18-year-old daughter was being held against her will in the 2500 block of 29th Avenue South.

Shortly before the father called 911, his daughter told him that she could not leave, told him her location, and the call was abruptly disconnected.
Officers responded to the address, located the victim, and detained a 19-year-old male and a 17-year-old male.
Officers interviewed the victim and served a search warrant on the suspect’s room and vehicle and recovered 2 Glock pistols, a ledger with women’s names, numbers, and social security numbers as well as hundreds of suspected fentanyl pills which have been sent for testing at the State Patrol Crime Lab.
Both suspects are legally prohibited from possessing firearms.
During the investigation, officers developed probable cause to arrest both suspects for Investigation of Promotion of Prostitution, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Violation of The Uniformed Controlled Substances Act.
According to court documents obtained by The Post Millennial, the pair are accused of transporting two young women to Aurora Avenue, a known hotspot for prostitution, and nearby hotels to engage in "acts of prostitution" but the duo then took the money the women earned.

While in Seattle, she was passed between several pimps in the area. SH stated that her 2nd pimp was a male identified only by his nickname of Lexo.

SH stated that she suffered a busted lip, bloody nose, and a hurt right arm. SH said that her pimps/captors refused to provide her with any medical care for her injuries.
The 19-year-old, identified in the documents as Terrique Milam, was booked into the King County Jail and charged with two counts of second-degree promoting prostitution and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
King County prosecutors have asked for him to be held on a $200,000 bond because he is "likely to commit another violent act and to interfere with the administration of justice" if released.
According to court documents, he was already out on bail and facing charges of second-degree domestic violence assault, and reckless endangerment.
In that case, Milam allegedly pointed a handgun with an extended magazine at the mother of his child while she was holding his daughter and also pointed the gun at his baby's head. Additionally, according to police reports, there is a prior unreported history of domestic violence in their relationship.
At the arraignment in that case, a no-contact order was issued to protect the victim and her child. The defendant signed and was given a copy of the order which included notice that he could not possess a firearm.
The 17-year-old suspect was booked into the King County Child and Family Justice Center and charged with first-degree promoting prostitution, second-degree kidnapping, and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
According to court documents, the victim said the 17-year-old suspect hit her on the side of her head with her cell phone after he found out she was messaging someone about what was happening to her. He then allegedly pulled out a gun and said to her, "next time, I'm going to use this.”
The victim claimed she was watched 24/7, according to court documents. She also said the suspects were involved in a police chase on Aurora Ave N. SH also stated that the suspects would rent hotel rooms and that she was told to post ads online for commercial sex acts.
She said that while the pair took her on “calls” they started taking Percocet and drinking Lean (codeine cough syrup) and sold "fenty's" which is the slang term for oxycodone pills; from their residence and vehicle.
According to the King County Prosecutor's office, the 17-year-old’s case is filed in Juvenile Court as required by state law. Prosecutors statewide do not have the option to ask the court to move charges promoting prostitution, kidnapping, or unlawful gun possession to adult court.
