“I think it is shameful that I, as a competitor to President Trump in this race, have to ask questions that the media isn’t asking.”
Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy went scorched earth during a CNN interview on Sunday and called out the corrupt mainstream media's dereliction of duty while discussing President Trump's recent indictment.
"I think it is shameful that I, as a competitor to President Trump in this race, have to ask questions that the media isn't asking. The job of the political media, that has one job, is to hold the US government accountable," Ramaswamy said, holding nothing back during the CNN State of the Union with host Dana Bash.

Get to the bottom of what Biden told Garland and what Garland told Jack Smith. If the same shoe fit the other foot you would not take their word at face value. Do not take their word now. Get to the bottom of it."
"Let's actually restore journalism in this country to get to the truth," Ramaswamy fired at the CNN host.
Following the fiery appearance on CNN, Ramaswamy announced on Twitter that his campaign filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to uncover the communications between the Biden administration, US Attorney General Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith which led to the "unprecedented" indictment of President Trump.

Every American deserves to know," the tech entrepreneur said.
"I will host a press conference in Miami tomorrow at 10:30 am ET to discuss this & another announcement. If the captured media fails to do its job, real leaders in this country need to step up and do it instead. I’m running to win this election & it’d be easier for me if Trump were eliminated from running, but that is not the right answer for our nation. America First Always," he concluded.
Vivek Ramaswamy, a tech entrepreneur from Ohio, will be headed to the GOP primary debate stage after recently meeting the qualifications. The presidential hopeful is running on "America First" policies that include declaring independence from communist China, ending the weaponization of government, dismantling managerial bureaucracy, and restoring the US economy, according to his website.
