WATCH: White House calls Cuomo sexual misconduct allegations ‘abhorrent’

"The White House's message, the President's message, the Vice President's message, my message is all women who who have lived through sexual, this type of experience, whether it is harassment, or abuse, or in the worst case assault, deserve to have their voices heard, deserve to be treated with respect, and with dignity," said Psaki.

"I don't know that anyone could have watched and not found the allegations to be abhorrent, I know I certainly did," Psaki continued.

The investigative report issued by the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James released Tuesday morning found that Governor Cuomo did indeed harass his current and former staff between 2013 and 2020.

The report looked into 11 women's allegations against Cuomo that have piled up this year, interviewing 179 people since the investigation began back in March.

According to the report, the investigators concluded "that the Governor engaged in conduct constituting sexual harassment under federal and New York State law."

"Specifically, we find that the Governor sexually harassed a number of current and former New York State employees by, among other things, engaging in unwelcome and nonconsensual touching, as well as making numerous offensive comments of a suggestive and sexual nature that created a hostile work environment for women," the document continues.
