Hannah Tubbs, the trans-identified biological male who began to identify as transgender after being arrested on suspicion of child molestation, has been charged further with murder and robbery.

These charges stem from a robbery and homicide that occurred in Kern County, Calif. in 2019, and Tubbs is in the custody of law enforcement officials in that county. Tubbs is being held on a $1 million bond. Tubbs continues to serve time on the LA charges while being housed in Kern County and facing charges there.

According to Fox News' Bill Melugin reported that Tubbs was due to be released in June, and would not have to register as a sex offender, but that Tubbs now "faces his 4th strike in CA, and life."

Melugin reported on Tuesday evening that Tubbs has been charged with the premeditated murder of Michael Clark on April 21, 2019. Clark’s body was found in the Kern River in August of that year.

Tubbs was previously arrested on charges of having molested a little girl in a Denny's bathroom when Tubbs was 17, in 2014. The girl was 10-years-old.

Tubbs was not tried for this crime until the age of 26, but because of directives from LA District Attorney George Gascon, Tubbs was tried as a juvenile, and because of guidance saying that Tubbs could self-ID as female, Tubbs was sentenced to serve time for the crime in a juvenile facility for girls.

In a phone call from prison, Tubbs revealed to Tubbs' father that after identifying as trans, and being tried as a juvenile, Tubbs would not have to register as a sex offender.
