Conservative representatives from Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona are putting forth legislation to block President Joe Biden’s name from ballots in a move that holds the aging current president to the same lawfare that radical dems have weaponized against former President Trump.
The representatives behind the legislation, Aaron Bernstine R-Pa., Charlice Byrd R-Ga., and Cory Mcgarr R-Az. are all from vital swing states which makes this move a particularly effective strategy to weaken Biden’s chances in the Democratic primary and presidential elections.
The strategic move comes in response to Tuesday’s Colorado Supreme Court decision which ruled that former President Trump would be banned from appearing on the Colorado State presidential ballot citing the Insurrection Clause of The United States Constitution as their reasoning, despite the fact that Trump has not yet been found guilty of any crimes to constitute this ruling, nor has he been charged with them.
Soon after the law-sault on former President Trump was announced by Colorado radical lawmakers on Tuesday, the conservative trio swiftly announced their intentions to remove Biden from Democratic ballots using the same Insurrection Clause. The conservative representatives posit that Biden is in violation of the Insurrection Clause predicated on his administration’s open border policies and his business dealings with China.

The unprecedented move by the Colorado Supreme Court to prevent former President Trump from appearing on upcoming ballots is yet another signal that radical leftists are willing to go to any extreme – even perverting the Constitution on which our great Republic was founded – in order to force its will on American citizens.
As voiced by political expert Tucker Carlson, the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling deeming Trump ineligible to be on the state’s primary ballot "looks like the actual end of democracy."
