REPORT: Border Patrol ordered to release ‘illegal border crossers’ into US by Biden administration

"When you create a system that incentivizes people to come across, and they are released, that immediately sends a message to Central America that if you come across you can stay."

The Biden administration is allegedly allowing the release of illegal aliens into the United States without scheduling a court date, an "unprecedented move" as the southern border endures an invasion of migrants attempting to gain illegal entry into the US.

Reported on Sunday by Fox News, "Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV) have begun to process and release illegal border crossers who claim asylum without issuing a Notice to Appear (NTA) – allowing them to depart custody without scheduling a court date for a hearing."

"The unprecedented move places the responsibility of seeking an asylum hearing on the migrants through Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or legal assistance," Fox News reported.

Last week, the Biden administration enacted an unofficial 'gag-order' on US Customs and Border Protection officials, preventing them from speaking to the media in an attempt to withhold information from the public about the current crisis at the unsecure southern border.

Despite the Biden administration’s gag-order, Border Patrol officials told Fox News that they have been directed to use "prosecutorial discretion (PD) to forgo the hours-long process of paperwork required to issue [a Notice to Appear] amid the surge of migrants at the border." The forgoing of paperwork means that illegal migrants are entered into the system using biometric data then released into the U.S.

According to Fox News, Border Patrol officials indicated this is a completely separate issue on top of the 15,000 unaccompanied minors currently in possession of the U.S. federal government, almost double the highest number ever recorded by the Department of Homeland Security.

While the Biden administration refuses to acknowledge the obvious crisis at the southern border and instead calls it a 'challenge,' Democrat lawmakers are speaking out in hopes for the current administration to enact policy that will prevent the invasion of illegals into the U.S.

"When you create a system that incentivizes people to come across, and they are released, that immediately sends a message to Central America that if you come across you can stay," Democrat Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (TX), whose district is on the border, told The Washington Post. "It incentivizes droves of people to come, and the only way to slow it down is by changing policy at our doorstep. If they don’t change the policy, the flow of continued migration traffic isn’t going to stop or slow down."
