Public records show that Hunter Biden's daughter Naomi represented the country of Peru as a lawyer with Washington DC-based firm Arnold & Porter in September of 2021 in a case brought against the country by Worth Capital Holdings 27 LLC.

President Joe Biden's grandaughter's name appears on the legal filings obtained by the New York Post where Worth Capital Holdings is suing Peru for $590 million in damages for interfering in its oil refinery operations in the southern Amazon.

The case alleges that "Peru violated Article 10.5 (Minimum Standard of Treatment) of the Trade Promotion Agreement between the United States and Peru." The case is still in process but it is unclear as to what role Naomi Biden is currently acting in it.

A spokesperson for Arnold & Porter told the Post that Naomi only worked on the case for three weeks and that "Naomi Biden’s international arbitration work doesn’t include matters involving the United States government." They added, "She is a junior lawyer and a member of international arbitration teams involving private sector plaintiffs. She doesn’t discuss confidential client work with anyone inside or outside the White House."

With her father Hunter being indicted on federal gun charges, and his business dealings being investigated, along with her grandfather Joe facing an impeachment inquiry into allegations that the president accepted bribes, some have called for Naomi's international ventures to be looked into more closely.

New York State Representative Nicole Malliotakis (R) told the Post, "Everywhere we look it seems there are major conflicts of interest in which the Biden family leveraged their name, access, and patriarch’s power to benefit personal business dealings." She continued, "All of this must continue to be investigated and exposed – perhaps Biden’s granddaughter should be the next person to come before the Oversight Committee."

Whistleblowers revealed during their testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee in July that they wanted to interview the US President's granddaughter but were told by Delaware Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf that it would get them "into hot water."
