A man with a months-long history of allegedly stalking Taylor Swift was taken into custody yet again after being spotted dumpster diving outside her New York City townhome just minutes after being released without bail. David Crowe, 33, was freed by a Manhattan judge on Wednesday after being arraigned on charges of stalking in the fourth-degree and two counts of harassment related to an incident two days prior.

Swift, who was up in Buffalo last weekend to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce as his Kansas City Chiefs took on the Bills, has long been vocal in her support for Democrats, whose soft-on-crime policies enabled Crowe and those like him to continue wreaking havoc on communities in the Big Apple and beyond.

As the New York Post reports, On Saturday, Crowe was spotted by one of Swift's TriBeCa neighbors and detained, however he was released without charges. Two days later, he was back on the block. This time, however, he was arrested and hit with the aforementioned charges.

Due to the fact that the charges weren't legally serious enough to make Crowe eligible for bail, the judge instead opted to request that he be subject to the most intense level of supervised release.

"New York's felony stalking laws require showing repetitive convictions or use of a weapon against the victim," attorney Jason Goldman told the outlet. "By having such strict requirements, our law almost waits for a potentially deadly crime to be carried out."

He went on to suggest that Crowe, who is originally from Seattle and believed to be mentally disturbed, was "precisely the type of person ... that stalking laws are made for."

According to Assistant District Attorney Harriet Jiranek, Crowe was spotted outside Swift's apartment on countless occassions over the past two months.

"He constantly states he is there to see Taylor Swift," Jiranek said, adding that Crowe "has said this to neighbors and asked where she is."

As a result of his latest trip to her apartment, which is believed to have violated a restraining order put in place following his Wednesday arraignment, Crowe was charged with four counts of criminal contempt, and is due back in court on March 12.
