Toronto Maple Leafs sport Black Lives Matter tees in training camp

The Leafs have returned home to Toronto, with practice camp starting back up in preparation for the shortened season.

The Toronto Maple Leafs uploaded an Instagram photo of the entire locker room wearing Black Lives Matter t-shirts, with the team also sporting face masks while in proximity with one another.  

The Leafs have returned home to Toronto, with practice camp starting back up in preparation for the shortened season.

Stars John Tavares and the COVID-positive Auston Matthews were both also wearing masks and the shirts, showing support for what the Instagram called "a movement, not a moment."

The Toronto Raptors were also seen wearing Black Lives Matter tees, with the team also arriving to training camp in a bus sporting the same slogan.
