Levi “Cici” Clifton Belcher, 18, has been charged with possession of an unregistered National Firearms Act Weapon and interstate transmission of threatening communications.
Members of an Alabama Antifa cell, including a trans-identified male, have been indicted on federal charges for threatening to kill ICE agents and possessing illegal firearms.
Levi “Cici” Clifton Belcher, 18, of Huntsville, Alabama, has been charged with possession of an unregistered National Firearms Act Weapon and interstate transmission of threatening communications. Belcher identifies as transgender and is originally from Tennessee. Tadashi Ereckson, 38, and Anthony Elijah Slota, 28, both of Huntsville, have been charged with possession of an unregistered National Firearms Act Weapon.
On December 18, 2025, the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center was alerted to a social media post from Belcher containing threats of violence against ICE agents. Per the Washington Examiner, Belcher was reported missing by his father a month later.
ATF agents and Intelligence Research Specialists located Belcher’s car in Decatur, Alabama on September 10, 2026, and began surveillance, per the Department of Justice. Agents observed Belcher and Slota wearing body armor, carrying multiple firearms, and possessing military-style backpacks. The pair was seen getting into Belcher’s car and driving towards Huntsville.
The Huntsville Police Department conducted a traffic stop during which Belter and Slota were found to be armed with rifles and two 3D-printed pistols. A search of the vehicle located ammunition magazines “with various anti-government sentiments written on them,” as well as hundreds of rounds of ammunition. The pair was arrested.
Per an arrest affidavit, writings on the magazines included “I hate the police,” “Are we free yet,” and other anti-government sentiments.
Police obtained a search warrant for a residence where Belcher and Slota were known to have been staying, which belonged to Erekson, whom police said “shared extreme contempt towards law enforcement.” Erekson was taken into custody during the execution of the search warrant after he allegedly attempted to reach for a pistol concealed on his ankle while detained. The home contained “indications of anarchist and antifascist ideology,” the FBI said.
An unregistered short-barreled shotgun was found in the home, which Slota admitted to sawing off in an interview with authorities, while Erekson admitted that the gun was his.
Belcher goes by “Cici” on social media, and had previously had contact with law enforcement as a juvenile due to “numerous open-source internet searches related to ‘improvised devices’ and the Anarchist Cookbook,” a book instructing on how to manufacture explosives and other illicit items.
Belcher was arrested by officers in Madison County in April of 2025 after allegedly driving a vehicle he stole from his father. Another unspecified interaction with law enforcement took place in Alabama in September of 2025.
Posts that were reported to authorities came from Belcher’s Threads account, in which he allegedly said he would “gun down an [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] agent on sight,” showing a firearm. A July 2026 post stated that Belcher is a “white trans woman.”
