One of the officers is a sergeant and the other recently graduated, say police.
Tulsa police are now searching for David Anthony Ware who ran away after shooting the officers. He is considered armed and dangerous.
“We advise anybody in this area to please be very aware of what’s going on at their house, around their house, in their backyard,” said one officer.
“He clearly has no problem shooting at police officers so he will have no problem shooting at civilians as well.”
People are being asked to stay away from the area while the Tulsa Police Department continues their search.
Ware’s charges will include shooting with intent to kill.
