WATCH: Biden says Andrew Cuomo did a 'hell of a job,' forgets what he was asked moments later

During address given after the $1 trillion infrastructure package was passed, President Joe Biden was questioned on a comment he made about Governor Andrew Cuomo, who announced his resignation this afternoon amidst his sexual harassment scandal.

During an address given after the $1 trillion infrastructure package was passed, President Joe Biden was questioned on a comment he made about Governor Andrew Cuomo, who announced his resignation this afternoon amidst his sexual harassment scandal.

As Biden was moving to walk off the stage following remarks made, he told reporters that "I'm not going to comment anymore on Andrew Cuomo."

"Can you really say that he had done 'a hell of a job' if he is accused of sexually harassing…" asked CNN’s Kaitlan Collins before being cut off by Biden.

"Look, you ask too many different questions," Biden interjected.

"'Should he remain as governor' is one question, and women should be believed when they make accusations that are able to on the face of them makes sense, and they’re investigated and the judgement was made that what they said was correct," said Biden. "That’s one thing."

Biden then goes on to misremember the question that a reporter had previously asked when he applauded Cuomo’s efforts as governor.

"The question is, did he do a good job in infrastructure?" Biden said. "That was the question. He did."

"The question was how did he do as a governor?" Collins corrected.

"No, the question was — correct me if I’m wrong," Biden snapped back.

A nearby reporter doubled down on Collins correction, stating that the question Biden had been asked was "how was he as a governor generally?" adding "outside of his personal behavior.

Collins then asks if Biden could "separate the two," to which Biden answered frustratingly "no I’m not, I was asked a specific question, I’m trying to answer specific…"
