On Thursday, Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec broke down the shell game that created the Russiagate hoax, as coordinated by the Hillary Clinton camp.

"We now know that this entire scandal was called 'Spygate.' The spying of a candidate for president. But it wasn't just the spying, because remember, the people behind this were trying to defeat [Trump] in the election for 2016," Posobiec explained.

"So when this thing kicked off, it wasn't enough for them to be able to just get the investigation going. No, no. They had to get it to the media.

"So, in order to collect this information, there was a two-pronged approach. The campaign reached out to a law form, the law firm was called Perkins Coie, they retain this firm, the lawyers of this firm, Mark Elias and Michael Sussmann—heard those names a lot," said Posobiec. A federal grand jury indicted Sussmann in September of last year.

"Perkins Coie go and employ an investigative group called Fusion GPS, run by the corrupt Glen Simpson," he said. Durham revealed on Wednesday that the research firm sent hundreds of emails to reporters at numerous outlets pushing the false Russia collusion story.

The latest legal document comes in the case against Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann, where a filing has been made to keep Fusion GPS’ research private under attorney-client privilege.

Posobiec takes a moment to acknowledge how tricky following this situation can be, calling it a "complete shell game."

"Glen Simpson turns around, and hires Orbis Investigations. Orbis is based in the London, UK, and he brings on this guy Christopher Steele, and Christopher Steele in turn, turns around, and goes for a bunch of people that he knows at his time in MI6, and those people included Igor Danchenko.

"Igor Danchenko, who was working for the Brookings Institute... He becomes the source of this dossier, this thing is completely dirty, the sources were made up in many cases, there's Russian disinformation pouring throughout this entire thing. That dossier gets sent to two places. It first gets sent to the media, it then at the same time gets sent to the National Security state in order to get this investigation going. Why? Because Clinton wanted this investigation out there, number one, but also wanted to get the fact that it was happening in the media and on headlines," said Posobiec.

"Remember, she's under investigation at this point for her email servers, and having classified information on there that she was then leaking all over the place from her personal house.

"She wanted an investigation on Trump, and she wanted the headline out there," Posobiec explained.
