WATCH: Jack Posobiec breaks down Clinton lawyer Sussmann's lie to make Trump look like a Russian asset

"When he specifically said, I'm not doing this on behalf of a client or company, I'm doing this to help the bureau, 'I'm just doing it for my country, out of an abundance of patriotism...' It was a lie."

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec spoke on Special Counsel John Durham releasing text messages that "prove" Hillary Clinton’s lawyer lied to the FBI.

Posobiec started the segment by showing a 60 Minutes interview with President Donald Trump, who said that the program would not air him saying that his campaign was spied on because it's "bad for Biden."

60 Minutes' Leslie Stahl pushed Trump, saying that they can't air things they can't verify, to which Trump said there was evidence "everywhere," saying it's been "totally verified... They spied on my campaign, they got caught. Then they went much further than that, and they got caught," said Trump.

Posobiec said that the right is not saying that Trump was spied on because they "think that's what happened... This is now being proven in court," urging viewers to study Techno Fog's Substack, an anonymous attorney who Posobiec says proves that anonymity is vital for truth in the face of tyranny.

"On September 19, 2016, DNC Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann met with FBI general counsel James Baker, where Baker was provided with Data and a 'white paper' reported to show covert communications between Russia and the Trump organization. Special Counsel John Durham just provided evidence that the night before, on September 18, 2016, Sussmann sent Baker this text: 'Jim, it's Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive and sensitive I need to discuss. Do you have the ability for a short meeting tomorrow, I'm coming on my own,' and here's the money shot 'not on behalf of client or company, I want to help the bureau, thanks,'" read Posobiec, quoting Techno Fog's Substack.

"Sussmann was working on behalf of the Clinton campaign for his work... for his investigation into this Trump Russia thing. We then also found out, obviously... Those communications, the data that was going back and forth between the servers was fake, it had been made up, it was spoofed. It was a lie," said Posobiec, who said that not only was it a lie for political purposes, but it was a material lie "because obviously this had been done to gin up an FBI investigation," he said.

"When he specifically said, I'm not doing this on behalf of a client or company, I'm doing this to help the bureau, 'I'm just doing it for my country, out of an abundance of patriotism...' It was a lie, the whole thing was a lie. And the fact that he lied in a material investigation to the FBI, obviously, means you're in hot water. And the question then becomes, how many people were lying, how many people were paid to lie by the Clinton Campaign in 2016, and did the FBI do their due diligence of looking into those lies, or did they run with it because that's the narrative they want to believe."

The Hill's Andrew McCarthy writes that the "sensitive" information from Sussmann to Baker was "sculpted to portray Donald Trump, then the Republican nominee for president, as if he were in cahoots with the Kremlin."

Sussmann was actually representing two clients: Rodney Joffe, an information technology expert, and the Democratic campaign of Trump’s opponent, Hillary Clinton, says McCarthy for The Hill.
