White students at York College dragged off porch and beaten by black mob outside off-campus home in Pennsylvania

Multiple York College students in Pennsylvania were attacked outside their off-campus home on Friday night, being dragged by their hair and beaten.

The incident took place on the 300 block of West Jackson Street. One of the students involved spoke with Fox 43, saying, “We called the cops four times before anything even happened to us.” She said she and her roommates were sitting on their front porch when an unknown female approached and started a verbal altercation.

The student said, “After the first punch was given, all these girls started to rush us, and that’s where it kind of gets blurry because I think people were coming at me… I turn and see my friend get dragged by her hair down our porch steps and disappear. My other friend got dragged by her hair.”

Video of the incident showed a large group of people outside the home, with many of the attackers appearing to be black.

The student said she and her roommates, including one recovering from a sports-related injury, were left battered and bruised, and someone had sprayed mace on the porch and other surfaces of the house. It was only after the fifth time 911 was called that police showed up, she said.

She said that large groups regularly congregate near the property, and that a similar incident took place involving another student two weeks ago. “She told people to get off her porch; someone ran at her and pulled out her hair, and then she called the cops. Yeah, the girl got arrested, but that was two weeks ago. So, that shows it’s the same group of people who are non-students, and the cops haven’t done anything to protect us, and campus safety hasn’t done anything.”

Another student involved in the Friday incident told the outlet that she made the first 911 call when people were congregating outside the home, telling dispatch that the student and roommates were feeling unsafe. “Then we went outside to eat on the porch when we witnessed street racing going on. Then the girl with the knee brace made a call to the police asking someone to come out and again was told officers were coming to the scene.”

“One of the cars street racing smashed into a parked car by the firehouse, which is right next to [the students] house. When this happened, all of the townies migrated over towards [the students] house and on the grass. We all asked them to move off the property, and that’s when everything erupted,” the student said.

“We then began getting crowded on the porch by probably 25 people at this point. I remember looking at our friend in the knee brace when I got caught off guard and ripped by my hair off the porch. From then, I was dragged to the stop sign and that’s when everyone jumped me. I was getting kicked by probably 12 people at the same time. Also at a disadvantage because I was wearing a tube top and had one arm holding my top up while I was getting kicked and punched in my face.”

“What also makes matters worse is there were so many cameras on me when my top fell down a few times, so that is very vulnerable. I did black out twice that I can remember during the fight. The first time was when I got kicked very hard in my ribs, and the second time I fully went lights out from a blow to the back of the head. I don’t exactly remember how I got out of it, but I was encircled by probably 30 people by myself getting video recorded while getting punched and kicked from every angle.”
