The Manheim Township Democrats called the self-described wizard a "consultant and scientist" who is "harnessing the district's diversity" for “the educational benefit of ALL the students.”
The Democrats also stated that Boldizar is “the proud father of two MT High School graduates.”
"As a consultant and scientist who has worked on projects in over ten countries, he will bring more than thirty years of team-leading experience to the MT School Board. He values diversity and integrating multiple perspectives with innovative approaches to solve problems. In seeking office on the MT School Board, Mark is eager to harness the District’s diversity for the educational benefit of ALL the students," the endorsement reads.
Author James Lindsay jested on X that Boldizar’s campaign strategy was to “win through the Law of Attraction, scientifically demystified.”
Lindsay also shared a video of Boldizar writing, “you can learn to unleash your inner wizard, including learning how to get key information from magic rocks.”
Lindsay also noted that the endorsement from a local outlet “brags about how the school district in the township is better than most in PA, but that's pretty deceptive since less than 50 percent of the students are achieving at grade level.”
He added, “It's really just failing somewhat less badly than most.”
In one video, Boldizar spoke on using his "body as an instrument," adding that he grew his hair out to "resonate with this more wizardly view of the world," and that the long hair was an "antenna."
Boldizar also hosts a podcast called the "Wizard’s Way of Manifesting," which "demystifies the apparent magic of the Law of Attraction through scientific inquiry."
