In a cell phone video of the violent altercation at Westbrook High School in Beaumont, TX that has gone viral on social media, a teenage boy can be seen viciously slamming another boy's head into a wall before knocking him to the ground and repeatedly punching, kicking, and stomping on him.
The search warrant for the phone's seizure reveals that it was taken over an identified theft and damage of a protected computer investigation.
"A personal vehicle that belongs to Andrew Hearst was discretely sabotaged. If you thought we would forget Quanice Hayes and Merle Hatch, the victims of Andrew Hearst, you are wrong," the post continued.
