The Antifa anarchist who sparked an international trend for protesting in a frog costume has been ordered by a county judge to stay away from the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon.

Seth David Gilbert Todd, 24, of Clackamas County, was sentenced on Monday to three months of probation after pleading no contest to second-degree attempted disorderly conduct. The conviction stems from a January 8 protest-related arrest outside the ICE facility, where Todd was taken into custody by Portland Police for repeatedly ignoring lawful orders, according to court documents.

Todd, a frequent anti-ICE demonstrator since June 2025, will not be allowed to come within 300 feet of the ICE office for the next three months, as part of his plea conditions. He was initially charged by the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office with second-degree disorderly conduct, attempt to commit a class B misdemeanor, and interfering with a police officer, records show.

The incident occurred during an Antifa-affiliated direct action to avenge the US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP)-involved self-defense shooting of two accused Tren de Aragua gang members in Portland. According to an FBI affidavit, the foreign nationals, who were illegally residing in the United States, were shot by federal agents after ramming authorities with their vehicle in order to evade arrest. The Venezuelan Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang is a US-designated foreign terrorist organization.

Portland Police said Todd repeatedly refused orders to vacate the street in front of the ICE facility so vehicular traffic could pass, the Oregonian reported.

Todd, who identifies as transgender, started an international movement by shifting his protest tactics months into the violent 2025 Antifa occupation outside the ICE facility and beginning to demonstrate while wearing an inflatable frog costume. The endeavor to appear as an "innocent" protester began when President Donald Trump authorized the deployment of the National Guard in September 2025 to end the months-long siege of the ICE building, which is still being attacked by leftist activists.

Todd, despite his attempts to appear innocent, is an Antifa radical who has regularly called for the killings of Trump administration officials and their supporters. Screenshots of Todd's social media profiles, shared by journalist Andy Ngo, show that he frequently calls for the murder of his political targets.

The Oregon newspaper Willamette Week named Todd its 2025 "Portlander of the Year." Todd was captured on video taken by The Post Millennial participating in the violent ICE facility riot on Saturday, March 28, during the third "No Kings" protest. Rioters breached the facility three times, damaged government property, and assaulted federal officers during the 5-plus-hour unlawful assembly.

The Post Millennial reached out to Todd for comment on his conviction.
