The Post Millennial editor-at-large Andy Ngo was set to attend an in-person speaking event about the left-wing terrorist movement Antifa at Dartmouth College on Thursday called "Extremism in America, a Discussion on Antifa," hosted by Turning Point USA and the Dartmouth College Republicans.
However, despite the cancellation of the in-person event, the hosts intend to go ahead and have the conversation via Zoom in a virtual capacity.
The event was set to feature Ngo and author Gabriel Nadales, a former Antifa activist who now identifies as a classical liberal activist.
According to Ngo, the event at Dartmouth was canceled by the administration due to security concerns. Even bomb sniffing dogs were brought in by police, Ngo said.
"This is extremely disappointing but we’re continuing in a virtual capacity," said Ngo, who posted a link to the virtual discussion, which can be found on Dartmouth’s Zoom page.
As previously reported by The Post Millennial, New England-based members of Antifa are reportedly planning to disrupt the event at Dartmouth College, with some threatening violent action.
