'William Kelly is now in custody."
FBI Director Kash Patel said on X, "A THIRD subject has now been arrested connected to targeting Cities Church in Minneapolis Sunday. William Kelly is now in custody."
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said of the arrest, “William Kelly is being charged with conspiracy to deprive rights, a federal crime, and violating the FACE act 18 USC 248 for his involvement in the St. Paul church riots.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi also made a post about Kelly's arrest, with a simple "Ok," in response to a video in which Kelly said, "Pam Bondi, you wanna come and arrest me? You wanna come and give me charges? So be it."
Kelly, Armstrong, as well as Allen were seen storming into a Christian church in St. Paul, Minnesota on Sunday, interrupting services, along with several other agitators. They cited one of the staff members at the church as being an ICE leader as the reason they stormed the church, and allegedly violated the FACE Act.
Around 30 to 40 others were also present in the action, including ex-CNN host Don Lemon, who has claimed that he was not coordinating with the group at all and only there to document the incident as a journalist. Prior to the storming of the church, he was seen giving a kiss on Armstrong's cheek and footage also showed him giving out coffee and donuts to the far-left agitators.
Although the DOJ charged Lemon over the alleged coordination with the group, a magistrate refused to sign a complaint against him.
