Tucker Carlson had on Republican Rep. Clay Higgins for an interview to talk about his experience with and to expose the truth of Jan. 6.

From Carlson's account on X, he posted an interview with Higgins with the caption, "This the smartest, best informed account of what actually happened on January 6th."

Higgins, who is also a former police officer, famously asked FBI Director Christopher Wray about how many FBI agents were in the Capitol building dressed as Trump supporters on Jan. 6, 2021.

During the interview with Tucker, Higgins stated that evidence in criminal cases that he has reviewed has "shockingly reveal[ed] that the FBI agents that were operating undercover within the online groups across the country were the first ones to plant the seeds of suggestions of a more radical occupation of the Capitol."

The online groups, according to Higgins, had been voicing their concerns about the COVID shutdows across the country and were largely made up of supporters of Trump.

"They were sort of testing the waters to see who amongst that group would begin acknowledgeing, 'Maybe we should do that, maybe we should plan for an occupation like that,'" Higgins said of the FBI agents in the alleged online groups.

Rep. Higgins then went onto explain that this had been happening for many months prior to Jan. 6 and not just on the day of a few days before the incident.

He said of the alleged messages some of the FBI agents sent in the online groups of Trump supporters, "[They] prodded and provoked online with those original seeds planted of actions like what type of gear to wear and just language that incited behavior that could go the wrong way."

In addition to the aspect of messages being sent prior to Jan. 6, Higgins explained why he thought some people inside the Capitol building were "FBI assets" before protestors even got inside the building.

"On the inside, you had FBI assets dressed as Trump supporters who knew their way around the Capitol before the doors open. Or else how are you going to get around the Capitol?" Higgins told Carlson rhetorically.

"You've been there many times, you need a guide," he continued. "It's a maze inside there... So there's no way Americans, most of which have never been to the Capitol, there's no way they could come in some random door that gets opened and then get their way directly to the statuary or the House Chamber or the Senate Chamber. It's just not possible."
