"The CCP has done everything to cover up and deflect blame, even blaming the U.S. Prove it. They must be held accountable," Pompeo said.

Mike Pompeo, the former director of the CIA and former Sec. of State, tweeted on Monday that the CCP needs to be held accountable for its disinformation campaign regarding the originals of COVID, which may have caused worldwide damage.

"The CCP was actively engaged in viral research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Every piece of evidence points to a leak from this laboratory," wrote Pompeo.

"The CCP has done everything to cover up and deflect blame, even blaming the U.S. Prove it. They must be held accountable."

Pompeo has been one of the strongest voices speaking out in recent months and years against the CCP (Communist Party of China), and the Chinese government in general.

He has repeatedly given speeches and interviews on various related topics, trying to raise awareness of the threat posed by Chinese authorities to the US  and the rest of the world.

Now, it appears that the rest of the world is catching up to Pompeo. The "lab-leak" theory, once discredited by such figures as Dr. Anthony Fauci, has now become more and more accepted worldwide, as new evidence continues to come to the fore.

Perhaps due in no small part to Pompeo's efforts, and the efforts of others like him, more and more people are asking questions about the true origins of COVID-19, and the Chinese government's role in manipulating information to try and shift the blame.
